Department: Production

You love kids and know what our little ones like at a festival? We are looking for somebody who takes care of the children and does some fun activities with them for 14-16 hours in total during the festival. The kids activities will mostly take place during workshop slots from Friday until Sunday so the parents can fully concentrate on the workshops happening in these slots. You will also help the parents to organize themselves and if they want take turns watching the kids and invent creative kids activities together. You will be busy during most workshop slots but will be free to fully emerge in the opening and closing ceremony as well as all dances and evening activities.

Tasks
● Taking care of a group of 10-15 kids during 4 hours (2 workshop slots from Friday until Sunday

●  Inventing fun activities, workshops and games for the kids that keep the kids together

●  Making sure the kids stay together in one area during this time, are safe and protected from sun, rain, drink enough water if its hot etc.

Profile
● Ideally someone who has experience with kids groups or kids workshops or has own kids
● Kind, patient and caring personality

● Proactive and good organizer, will help the parents to organize kids activities if they want

Availability
● Friday/ Saturday/ Sunday during workshop hours (14-16 hours in total)
● Ideally available during Team Weekend in Leuenberg 8./9.July.
