Do you want to involve yourself deeper and become a member of the Blue Monkey Crew? At the moment we are growing our family and have some new roles available. Being part of the core team does mean more responsibility and involvement than being a volunteer but it also means more space for connection, creativity and transformation!
We are working all year to make the festival happen. Blue Monkey Festival is the harvest of what we have been seeding and nourishing throughout the year. The biggest transformational processes we have experienced actually happened because of our ongoing efforts to work together as a tribe and to create something beautiful together.
The co-creation of the Blue Monkey festival is a laboratory to learn from and grow with each other. Since the beginning we have already learned so much from it. Together, we keep evolving and studying and failing and fucking up and looking for ways to make it better and we are absolutely amazed about the transformation and growth that we are experiencing through our mutual efforts as a tribe family.
At the moment all positions are voluntary for individuals who want to become part of a colourful, conscious and non-judgemental tribe and who are ready to commit a bit of their time and energy to the co-creation of this beautiful festival. They should be accepted for the sake of the joy of co-creation, not to make money. In exchange you receive a free festival ticket and some nice core team member perks.
Crew Weekend in Leuenberg 16./17.9.2023
Every couple of months we are planning a co-created Crew Weekend at the festival venue in the beautiful nature in Leuenberg. In these smaller more intimate gatherings we don’t only discuss organisational questions and roles for the next events and Blue Monkey 2024 but we also have the chance to connect on a deeper level with each other, share our gifts, celebrate, dance and jam with each other. The next crew weekend will take place September 16/17, 2023 and we are looking forward to meet, get to know each other and celebrate together!
