How To Get There
The closest airport is Faro. Plane tickets are currently available from easyJet, Ryanair and TAP from 100€ – 190€ for a return flight. We recommend to book your flight early as prices will go up. There are regular trains connecting Faro with the town closest to our venue. The train ride takes ca 90 minutes and costs about 8€. From Lagos train station you can reach Cristaland by Uber or Bolt (ca. 6-7€)
What To Bring?
- a yogamat for the movement practices and picnic style meals
- a torch (there is not much light at the venue in the night)
- a powerbank to charge your mobile/ laptop
- comfortable spring/ summer clothes in which you can move
- some warm pullovers and jackets, socks and shoes for cooler nights
- your most beautiful ceremonial dress
- a water bottle that you can fill up for free with fresh water at the sink opposite the community house so you stay hydrated throughout the retreat
- if you play an instrument and would like to share some music with the group definitely bring it! There will be a (judgement free!) space for jamming and we encourage everyone to play and co-create regardless of how professional you are.
Want to Stay Longer?
If you would like to stay a bit longer in the community this is also possible. Just get in touch: email@example.com
We will create a Telegram group for participants for ride shares from and to Faro airport and for those who wish to book a room in the neighbourhood or next town to help arrange flat shares.
Algarve is the most Southern part of Portugal and has the sunniest climate of the country. In April it is often already warm enough for sunbathing and swimming in the sea. However, the nights can still get cool and the days can be windy, so make sure to bring warm clothes and camping gear if you chose the camping option or make sure to catch one of the spots in the shared heated yurts.
In case of rain the workshops and dances will take place in a dome which is protected from the rain and the wind. However, please be aware that this is not a luxury retreat. If you need more comfort and privacy we recommend to book a room nearby.
We know some places in Lagos that can offer you a good price for an apartment and there will be a Telegram group for shared accomodation, rides etc. Please get in touch if you need help: firstname.lastname@example.org
At the moment we are pretty sure that the event can take place.
If you cancel yourself this is your own responsibility and we will not refund you. You have however the possibility to sell your ticket and we will change the name for you if you give us both the new name and the email address of the buyer before April 11th. After April 11th, 0.00 we can’t change any names anymore.
If we have to cancel due to unforeseeable higher power unfortunately we cannot offer a refund but will postpone the festival to the next possible date. Tickets keep validity.
Looking forward to (re-)unite! <3
